There are many reasons for holding an auction on-site.  Perhaps you are an executor to an estate, liquidating a business, relocating or downsizing, or just need to sell.  We have the experience, references, and qualifications to hold successful on-site auctions.  There are no upfront out of pocket expenses to the seller.  We stage, list, advertise, promote and perform all auctions with now upfront costs.  There are no hidden fees for labor or advertising; our commission covers everything!  With that said, our income is solely based on our success.  We work for you the seller!
